One project I am very proud of

One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back, and if he lifted his head a little he could see his brown belly, slightly domed and divided by arches into stiff sections. The bedding was hardly able to cover it and seemed ready to slide off any moment.

I cannot recommend Gabor enough as a scrum team member. In a complex technical environment, with difficult dependencies and client needs, he has the maturity and expressive capability you really need. On top of his excellent technical writing skills, he has trained on the job to become a scrum master, and this is somewhere his unique skills really work well. He pulls people together. He fosters trust and respect in the team. He solves problems. Go with Gabor!

I had the pleasure of working with Gabor at Leo Tech. Originally a Technical Author, he moved into a ScrumMaster role to great effect, was able to transfer a lot of his skills and develop new ones to fill the role. Gabor is a great communicator and can work with both inexperienced and experienced team members to get the best out of them and take a Scrum team forward. He can deal with team conflicts, identify and remove impediments, brings a positive energy to a team, and adopts new practices to further his skills.

Gabor is a skilled technical writer who's apt to learn quickly the domain knowledge required for the job. He's grown a genuine interest in agile methodologies and in particular Scrum, which is what led him to pursue more as a professional and become a good facilitator for the team and then a Scrum master.
